Brand-new hotel with super-friendly and extremely polite staff. The great and brilliant location for the price, near Queenscliff, main restaurant and the nice golf course...

The cleanliness was amazing; every corner of the accommodation was spotless, providing a refreshing environment that enhanced my overall experience.
One minor downside was the proximity to a major road, which brought a bit of traffic noise.

The staff exuded a charming warmth, and the room offered lovely views over the golf course. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and the relaxing sun terrace and garden provided a perfect ambiance for family bonding. Close proximity to attractions like Adventure Park and Lake Lorne made it a great choice for families. Despite a minor hiccup with service, the overall experience was enjoyable. We'll definitely consider returning when exploring the area again.

The staff was helpful when our TV malfunctioned, offering a room change we declined. But seriously, the black lint from those robes was everywhere. It felt like an unnecessary hassle on top of everything else that went wrong.

What a fantastic stay! The property is brand new, and everything from the lobby to the room was spotlessly clean and super modern. I loved the quiet location, perfect for exploring the Bellarine Peninsula wineries. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony with stunning views over the golf course and bay! Only a couple of minor issues. I got a bit lost finding parking at night, so a map would help.
